For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean and the wooden floors were a nice touch. The location was convenient, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The morning meal could use some improvement, maybe by offering a wider variety of options.

The front desk staff was very friendly.
As soon as I checked in I found 4 pubic hairs in the bathroom. The bedspreads were old and dirty as were the blankets. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Beds too hard and pillows too small. Seemed like a very old room. Needed to be updated and cleaned better.

Came to visit my son for a week. The hotel was reasonable cost for week. It was a little outdated but clean room. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and accommodating.
They need to provide better coffee service in the lobby and maybe some donuts.

I recently stayed at a motel that was conveniently located near various shopping centers and had a carport for easy parking. The location was perfect for my family's needs, as we were in town for my wife's pre-operation test. Our room was clean and the bathroom was in good condition. The staff provided satisfactory service and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Additionally, the motel offered a simple breakfast and had a pleasant view of the surrounding area.
There was a slight issue with the TV remote not being available in our room.

Great queen bed room with a sofa, spacious and clean. Free wifi which is a bonus. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Upgraded laminate floors and plantation shutters. Late check out permitted upon request. good value for money.

We had a queen bed room with a sofa which was a very spacious room. This was a Motel 6 with free wifi. Most of them are not free. Room had upgraded laminate floors and plantation shutters. Upon request, they did permit a late check out time of 12 noon instead of 11 am. Also the friendliness of the front desk staff during the experience moved from "unfriendly" to "quite friendly". It's just too bad it couldn't have been "quite friendly" the entire time. They would have gained some points in my book and would have cost them nothing by being more customer oriented right from the start
The booking got mixed up. When I called the day before to confirm that we had a queen bed PLUS a sofa bed in the room, the motel said all we were getting was queen bed. They said they were booked and could not make any changes. They also said that was the request from Booked.net. My confirmation from Booked.net was for a queen bed plus sofa so I called Booked.net and they confirmed that the booking was for a queen bed plus sofa. They called Motel 6 while I was on the line and Motel 6 immediately relented and said it "had already been taken care of". When we checked in there was no extra pillow or blanket for the sofa bed. I requested one around 9 pm and they said the maids had already left for the day and it might be hard to provide the blanket and pillow. At 11 pm a blanket and pillow were delivered to the room when we were already sleeping. Also when we were checking in there was a disgruntled prospective guest in the lobby who said he had been declined a room because he had been sleeping and snoring in the lobby. He called the police with a discrimination complaint. The room we had was near the front (street) and there was traffic noise from despite the dual pane windows. I would also suggest reserving a 3rd floor room to avoid noise from the room above you.
